Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. In most cases, orders are sent within 24 hours, however during busy periods this may take up to 2 working days.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship internationally. International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and order size.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are dispatched separately from retail orders and may have different delivery times and shipping costs depending on order size and destination.
